We are happy to accept returned items within 30 days of you receiving them. If you would like to return an item please open a support ticket and request a return. Once your item has been returned to our returns address, we will process a full refund for any items returned. Please note: we do not cover expenses for any items returned to us and reserve the right to exclusively provide refunds for items which have been returned to our returns centre, and have not been refused or returned to our overseas suppliers or fulfilment centres.
Please be advised that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our selection of Custom Print items such as T-Shirts & Hoodies as these are 'printed on demand' when you place your order. If the item is defective (print issue or garment damage) then we will provide a free replacement of the same exact item.
